Little cocoons For premature babies in hospital
Did you know that Ouatine & Cumulus Cocoons were created by mums who are also paediatric nurses. They specialise in providing care for premature babies or full-term babies who have undergone a difficult birthing experience and ensuring their wellbeing.
The cocoons are used in a number of maternity and neonatal units in Belgium and France.
The “Size 1” Cocoons were designed to be used on returning home from hospital.

Paediatric nurses Stéphanie & Catherine specialise in providing care for premature babies and ensuring their wellbeing. They were looking to develop a reliable solution to support tiny premature babies in healthy development. The very first cocoon was created. Designed to provide gentle, loving support while bringing a touch of brightness to make the neonatal ward environment feel less clinical.
